Department Responsibilities

The Town Clerk/Tax Collector serves a three-year term and coordinates all elections and town meetings, assisted by the Supervisors of the Checklist.

The Town Clerk/Tax Collector handles voter registration, motor vehicle registration, property taxes, dog licensing, and licenses (such as Vital Records and Marriage Licenses).

Assistant Town Clerk/Tax Collector Position

The Town of Hudson, NH is accepting resumes for the position of full-time Assistant Town Clerk/Tax Collector.  The Assistant TC/TC  must be a highly organized self-starter with strong multi-tasking, customer service and math skills to work in a fast-paced environment. Hours will be 40 hours per week, with rotating Thursday evenings required.   Flexibility is a must in this position - in order to meet the cyclical demands of the office.
