Land Use Regulations Amendments

 

 

The Town of Hudson, New Hampshire Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. in the Community Development Department Conference Room (lower level) of  Town Hall, 12 School Street, Hudson to consider the following amendments to the Planning Board’s Land Use Regulations:

 

Delete § 275-8.B.(11) and §275-9.H. of the Planning Board’s Site Plan Review Regulations; both sections refer to the requirement for the submission of High Intensity Soil Survey (HISS) Mapping with Site Plan Review applications. In effect, with the deletion of said sections, HISS Mapping information will no longer be required relative to the submission of Site Plan Review applications.

 

Delete § 289-26.B.(10) of the Planning Board’s Subdivision of Land Regulations; said section refers to the requirement for the submission of High Intensity Soil   Survey (HISS) Mapping with Subdivision of Land applications. In effect, with the  deletion of said section, HISS Mapping information will no longer be required relative to the submission of  Subdivision of Land applications.

 

Prior to the hearing, copies of the above proposed amendments to the Planning Board’s Land Use Regulations can be reviewed/obtained, in their entirety, at the Community Development Department and the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 12 School Street, Hudson, and the Rodgers Memorial Library, 194 Derry Rd., Hudson.
