Amend Town Code, Chapter 142, Water Utility Committee
Section 142-3 Membership
Amend Town Code Chapter 270, Sewers
Section 270-2 Intent; Sewer Utility Committee
Pursuant to Article 40 of the March 9, 2004 Annual Town Meeting, and in accordance with RSA 41-14-b, the Board of Selectmen shall hold a public hearing in conjunction with their regularly scheduled meeting on April 26, 2011, that starts at 7:00 PM and is held in the Selectmen’s meeting room at Town Hall, 12 School Street, Hudson, NH, for a first reading of Ordinance 11-01, which would change the composition of the Sewer and Water Utility Committees to allow for two (2) member positions that are not serviced by the respective utilities and to add an alternate membership position to the Water Utility. A second public hearing will be held on May 10, 2011, during the Selectmen’s regularly scheduled meeting that starts at 7:00 PM.
Residents interested in speaking on this issue are invited to attend these hearings.
