The Recreation Department’s Travel League hosts one team per grade if a coach can be secured.  As a travel league it is focused around a higher basketball skill set from our intramural league.   Interested athletes are required to try out for their respected team.  Each athlete must earn their spot regardless if they have been on a team prior or are new to trying out.  

Registration fee is $65.  This is the same fee as the Rec league.  If a child does not make the travel team they will automatically be paid and full and transferred to the Rec league.  Please note that the Travel fee is $125 plus the additional costs of uniform and potential tournaments.  The remaining $60 fee will be due within a week of team announcement and the uniform fee will be due the following week due to time restraints.  

We cannot work around conflict days of any kind.  You must be able to work around basketball.

This is a competitive program that athletes have to tryout for to earn team placement.   We have one team per grade in both the girls and the boys leagues.  Teams will play home games in Hudson but travel outside the town for away games.   Uniform purchase and tournament are additional costs. 
 

Program Details
 

Age:  3rd grade - 8th grade
Cost:  $125 registration fee .     There is also uniform fees ranging from $75-$120 as well as additional tournament costs.
Registration:  9/1/22-10/1/22
Tryouts:  Take place in October at the Community Center.  Dates will be emailed to registered players.  
Season:  November- March
