Trails on the forested part of the property north of Bockes Road wind through an oak-pine forest that shows off good forest management at its best. Look for signs of fox, fisher, coyote, raccoon, and weasel. For leaf-peeping close to home, this property, with long views down its woods roads, is an excellent choice.

Musquash Pond Trail is a 6.9 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Hudson, New Hampshire that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Through the diligent work of the Town Engineer, members of the Board of Selectmen and Conservation Commission, along with the cooperation of the land owner, 40 acres of pristine forested woodland, rich with wetlands and existing trails, has been added to our public recreational property inventory.

Ranger Drive

Rangers Drive Town Forest became designated conservation land in March of 2019.

Kimball Hill

The property has both forest and wetland habitats. Many unmarked paths extend across the land making it easy to get temporarily lost. The town maintains this land as a working forest with its own master plan.

Benson Park path

Benson Park is a 166-acre, passive recreational spot open to the general public and is the pride of the local residents. Full of rich history, Benson Park was once home to "Benson's Wild Animal Farm", opened in 1924. Today the park is maintained by the Department of Public Works with help from a dedicated group of volunteers. The park is open daily with seasonal closing times.

Robinson Pond Trails is a recreation area offering walking trails on 42 acres of conservation land. It also has an exercise loop with hurdles, a log walk and dip bar to name just a few for those looking for a bit of a work out. The town also recently acquired adjacent conservation land located at 16 & 25 Robinson Road.

Colburn Town Forest is a plot of land protected under the New Hampshire State Law recognized as an official Town Forest. It offers over a mile and a half of winding trails harboring abundant wildlife such as aquatic animals, birds and amazing views!
